Taste it!
So what does a tasteful plate actually look like? Most would probably agree: white. Surely, it's the perfect stage for almost any culinary creation. But more and more home cooks and top chefs are turning to variety and individuality when it comes to crockery.
Shape and color are definitely a matter of taste. And where the level-headed would therefore agree to disagree when met with a difference of opinion - more often than not, a debate about color can get heated very quickly.

Maximilian J. Riedel is now leading the family business in its 11th generation. Cheers to that! After all, there is a perfect Riedel glass for every occasion (p. 24).
